P90X - Completed

I can't believe that I finally finished the workout. Awesome. I feel great and my current weight is 198.4. Alyssa says that she sees a big difference but you make that determination and check out my pics below.

Now the question is what do I do next. Continue with the program or do something else. I think I will keep with it but not to the full extreme. Don't want to lose all that I have done.

If you are ever looking for a great workout, this is it. It will kick you butt in the beginning and all the way through but in the end it is worth every drop of sweat.

Day 87 - Coresynergestics

Started this at 5:25 am this morning. Good workout but still goofy to me.....bannana/superman.

Every notice that everyone Tony mentions in these workouts is "WORLD FAMOUS". The world famous Karin Pot stirs or the world famous Dreya Weber.....never heard of her until this workout.

Current weight still above 200 but we will get it back down.......201.4

Day 86 - Yoga

This is the start of my rest week and the last week of the P90x workout program......Yeah!

My weight jumped back over 200.....201.4 after the weekend of drinking and partying. Oh well, still have to live life and have fun.

Anyway, started Yoga at 5:30 am and did 1 hour of the workout. This is all I have time to do.

Day 84 - Kenpo X

FINALLY BROKE THE 200 BARRIER.........Current weight 199.4

Started this workout about 7:15 am this morning so I could get out and work on the shed. Feels good to finally be below 200. It has been almost 10 years since I have been under 200 lbs. Now I just have to figure out how to keep it there.
